We may process: browsing data (IP address, technical logs, browser type) collected in aggregated form by hosting systems; contact data you voluntarily send by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, company, contact details, message content).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data are processed to: (a) reply to enquiries and manage professional relationships with boutiques, ateliers and buyers (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest); (b) keep the website secure and operational (legitimate interest); (c) comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Retention
Data are processed with appropriate electronic and organisational measures. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and legal retention duties. Hosting technical logs follow the infrastructure provider’s policies.
5. Recipients
Data may be shared with providers that support the site (hosting, email) as processors, and with authorities if required by law. Data are not sold to third parties for marketing.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
If third-party tools involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, they will only occur with GDPR-adequate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
